Jarrow Brewery started brewing in October 2002 out of The Robin Hood pub. It names it s beers after local history and also the Jarrow worker march of 1936.
Started and still owned by husband and wife Jess and Alison McConnell.
In 2008 brewing was transfered from The Robin Hood pub to The Maltings Brewery Tap in South Shields.
